Summer Cold Melon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. coarsely chopped cantaloupe
    3 c. coarsely chopped honeydew melon
    2 c. fresh orange juice
    1/3 c. fresh lime juice
    3 Tbsp. honey or to taste (depends on sweetness of melon)
    2 c. brut champagne, dry white wine or non-alcohol white wine
    fresh mint leaves
Preparation
    Finely chop half of cantaloupe and honeydew and set aside. Puree remaining melon in batches with orange, lime juices and honey in food processor or blender.
    Pour into large bowl.
    Stir in reserved melon and champagne or wine.
    Cover and chill several hours.
    Garnish each serving with mint leaves.
