Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large unpeeled potatoes, cut into 8 wedges
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pour oil over potato wedges and stir to coat.
    Place wedges in casserole dish, peel side up.
