Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. canned green chilies
1 lb. Jack cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 small cans enchilada sauce
2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Slice cheese in slim, long wedges and stuff into chilies.
Mix milk and eggs together.
Dip chilies into egg mixture and roll into the flour, then brown in oil.
Place browned chilies into casserole dish and cover with enchilada sauce.
Grate extra cheese for topping and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
