Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion chopped
    3/4 lb. sausage
    2 cups cooked mashed squash (drained)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 egg (slightly beaten)
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. sage
    Buttered bread crumbs
    Parmasian cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion with sausage until brown. Drain. Add
    squash, soup, margarine, crackers, egg, mayonaise, cheese and sage.
    Mix all together and put in baking dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until done.
