Portsmouth Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift flour.
Put cream in bowl and beat in sugar, a little at a time, until frosting is thick enough to spread.
Keep smooth by blending with wooden spoon.
Add vanilla and butter and beat well.
