Italian Wedding Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken quarters or 6 chicken pieces, leave skin on
    Oil
    Garlic Salt
    Paprika
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    Salt and Pepper
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking pan; brush with garlic salt and paprika.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and cover chicken. Crush bay leaves and place around chicken.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake 1/2 hour longer uncovered.
