Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries, ground up
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together cranberries (crush in food processor or blender), pineapple and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Add marshmallows, whipping cream and nuts.
Mix well and freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Before serving let set at room temperature 15 minutes, cut into squares and serve as side dish or salad.
