Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. fresh whole cranberries
4 apples, not peeled and cut into quarters
2 or 3 oranges
3 c. granulated sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Grind cranberries, apples and oranges in food processor. Place in large mixing bowl.
Add pineapple, nuts and sugar.
Mix together. Let stand overnight.
Excess can be frozen.
