Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 can crab meat or shrimp
    1 small box spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. onion, chopped finely
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Marinate mushrooms overnight. Remove mushrooms.
    Mix cream cheese, crab or shrimp, spinach and onions together.
    Stuff mushroom.
    Moisten with reserved marinade. Serve immediately.
