Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas and carrots
    1 small can skimmed evaporated milk
    1 tsp. onion salt
    6 boiled Irish potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Drain peas and carrots.
    Add milk and onion salt.
    Peel potatoes; cream well.
    Pour over peas.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with pepper.
    Pour grated cheese over all.
    Cook in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish for 10 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
