Chocolate Dream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. Cool Whip
1 stick margarine
1 c. unsifted flour
1 c. Cool Whip
3 c. cold milk
slivered almonds
Preparation

Blend margarine, flour and pecans well.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip; spread over crust.
Mix small packages of instant pudding and milk; chill for about 5 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese mixture, spreading carefully to make smooth layer.
Do not stir.
Spoon Cool Whip on top of chocolate layer. Garnish with almonds.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
