Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Egg Beaters
    8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    diced ham to taste
    diced onion to taste
    diced green pepper to taste
    diced black olives to taste
Preparation
    Mix in 9 x 9-inch pan, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for later. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (until solid).
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
