Corn Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small vidalia onion, diced
    1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seed and diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
    4 ears of corn
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions about 3 minutes in oil, then add peppers and garlic; saute 2 more minutes.
