Jerky Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into 3/8-inch to 1/2-inch strips.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight or up to 2 days.
    Lay meat on foil-covered oven
    racks
    and let dry at less than 150\u00b0.
    Drying will take approximately 6 to 8 hours.
    Store in airtight containers (Mason jars)
    at
    room
    temperature.
    It
    can also be frozen. Teriyaki sauce can be substituted for the Worcestershire for a sweeter version.
