Ann Turley'S Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. parsley sprigs
    12 cups cornbread
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning OR more
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 or 4 c. chicken broth
    2 well beaten eggs
    2 c. chopped boiled eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and saute onions, celery, and parsley. Pour over bread crumbs in very large bowl. Add all seasonings and toss together well. Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Pack lightly into crockpot. Cover and set to high for 45 minutes then reduce to low to cook for four to eight hours.
