"In A Hurry" Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. oil or margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute chicken, mushrooms and onions in oil until chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
    Stir in flour, broth and curry powder (optional).
    Add parsley, then pour in milk and water.
    Simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes, or until chicken pieces are tender.
