Mom'S Sauteed Crabmeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 mined garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Toss crabmeat with juice of lemon and set aside.
    Saute garlic cloves, parsley and oregano in 4 tablespoons of butter.
    Add crabmeat and saute just until well heated.
    Serve on rounds of toast with a tossed salad and parslied noodles.
