Crawfish Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. water
    3 stalks celery
    2 lb. crawfish
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
    1 c. green onions
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    Parmesan cheese or seasoned bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Saute celery, onion, green onion and bell pepper.
    Add flour and water.
    Mix well.
    Cook 15 minutes on low fire.
    Cook noodles separately.
    Add crawfish tails and parsley; season to taste.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Cut cheese in chunks and add, stirring, until melted.
    Add drained noodles.
    Add water or milk, if needed.
