Easy Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) ready to cook broiler fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 envelope (1 Tbsp.) garlic salad dressing mix
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
    Thoroughly combine butter and salad dressing mix.
    With spatula, spread butter mixture over chicken pieces.
    Roll in corn flake crumbs; sprinkle with paprika. Place pieces skin side up (not touching) in shallow pan.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for about 1 hour or until tender; no need to turn. Makes 4 servings.
