"Sis' Swiss Cheddar Chicken" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 chicken cutlets
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. white wine
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 c. breadcrumbs
Preparation

Bread and fry chicken cutlets 2 minutes on each side (cut cutlets in half).
In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour.
Add salt, pepper and milk until bubbly and thick.
Remove from heat. Stir in wine.
