Oven Barbecued Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes (unpeeled), thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of cheese, soup, milk, barbecue sauce, oregano, salt and pepper; blend thoroughly.
Add potato slices; toss until well coated.
Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan, cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove foil.
Bake about 30 minutes longer or until tender.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
