Gazpacho Style Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. water
dash of salt
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine water and salt.
Bring to boil. Add shrimp.
Simmer 1 to 3 minutes; drain.
