Italian Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    2 egg whites, beaten
    8 Tbsp. Italian style bread crumbs
    4 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Pound chicken until 1/2-inch thick.
    Dip in egg white and roll in crumbs.
    Saute in oil about 3 minutes per side until done.
