Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded Cheddar cheese (family size)
    2 c. cooked rice
    bread crumbs
    canola oil
Preparation
    Cook rice to equal 2 cups.
    While rice is hot, stir in Cheddar cheese.
    Make into small balls.
    Roll in bread crumbs lightly. Drop in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain and serve.
    The kids love it!
