Chicken Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. vermicelli
    1 1/2 c. commercial salad dressing, divided (use fat free)
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods, thawed
    15 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3/4 c. pine nuts (or sunflower seeds)
    1/3 c. chopped fresh basil
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain.
    Combine pasta and 1/2 cup salad dressing, tossing to coat; cover and chill for 3 hours.
    Combine chicken, remaining 1 cup salad dressing and remaining ingredients except tomatoes, tossing well.
    Cover and chill 3 hours.
    When ready to serve, combine pasta mixture, chicken mixture and cherry tomatoes, tossing well.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
