Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    In a frying pan; cook onion and green pepper in olive oil until tender.
    Blend in rice, tomatoes and seasonings.
    Cook slowly until thick.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
