Italian Fried Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, 1-inch cubes
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
    Italian style sauce
Preparation
    Dip cheese cubes in egg; cover with flour and dip again.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Place on wax paper and chill 1 hour.
    Fry cheese cubes in deep, hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain cubes on paper towels; serve immediately with sauce.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
