Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cabbage
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Mix vinegar, oil, salt and sugar until sugar dissolves (heat in microwave to melt sugar).
Slice onion and place on top of chopped cabbage.
Put celery seed in strainer.
Pour mixture over and stir.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
