Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. day old bread cubes
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. scalded milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put bread crumbs in buttered 1-quart casserole dish.
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Gradually blend in milk. Pour over bread. Set bowl in pan of hot water and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
