Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and flour; mix well.
Chill dough.
Roll out thin.
Brush cookie with egg whites.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top or top with crushed nuts.
Cut into strips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
