Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 medium size cucumbers, sliced 1/4-inch thick
3 medium onions, sliced
1/4 c. canning salt (not iodized)
4 c. cider vinegar
5 c. sugar (can use 1/2 c. less)
1 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Put vegetables in gallon jar.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
Let stand one week in refrigerator before using.
Will keep in refrigerator up to 1 year.
