Carrot Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot (shredded finely)
    1 8-oz. cream cheese (softened)
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until smooth and spread on bread.
    Makes 1 loaf of bread.
