Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 doz. chicken wings
    3 oz. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cut the wings into 3 sections; discard tips.
    Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, mustard and garlic.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Add wings and marinate overnight.
    Bake uncovered in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
