French Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 lg. eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    Pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix together flour and salt in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center of the mixture.
    Add eggs, butter and 1/2 of milk. With a whisk gradually stir the flour into the liquid mixture and as you do slowly add more milk until consistency is that of cream. When all is at this stage whisk lumps out.
    Pour 1/4 of batter into pre-heated fry pan or crepe pan (preferred).
    Cook both sides on low heat until lightly brown.
