Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    12 marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and mash.
    Mix well with margarine, sugar and nuts.
    Form a ball around one large marshmallow, then roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Just before serving, warm balls in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes or until marshmallow has softened or melted.
    (May be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later use.)
    Makes 12 balls.
