Creamy Cucumber And Onion Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 lb. cucumbers
1/4 lb. red onion (1 medium onion)
2/3 c. nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. snipped dill or 3/4 tsp. dry dill
Preparation

Combine vinegar, water, sugar and pepper to make marinade. Peel cucumber and cut into 1/8-inch slices.
Cut onion very thin. Add to marinade, cover and let marinate 2 hours.
Mix yogurt and dill in large bowl.
Drain cucumbers and onion slices, discard marinade, then add to the yogurt dressing and mix well.
Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings.
