Wedding Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 to 3 drops peppermint oil
food coloring
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and peppermint oil.
(Color mints with food coloring.)
Work powdered sugar in gradually until stiff (not too stiff).
If dough is too stiff, add a few drops of water until it's the right consistency.
Put granulated sugar in mold each time to prevent sticking.
