Cordon-Rose Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe bananas
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    3/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. unsalted butter, must be softened
Preparation
    For extra moistness, you can use up to 1/2 cup sour cream.
