Hot Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks or tidbits
1/3 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 5 tablespoons juice.
In a 2-quart baking dish, combine 5 tablespoons pineapple juice and flour.
Mix in sugar and cheese.
Add drained pineapple.
Mix well.
