Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    4 eggs
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    Slightly beat eggs.
    Mix in margarine, onion and cottage cheese; blend well.
    Stir in cornbread mix.
    Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
