Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 can sliced apples, drained, or 1 can apple pie filling (wash syrup off apples) or about 6 apples, sliced
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar,
baking
powder, eggs, oil and orange juice until smooth.
Combine
sugar
and
cinnamon
in a small bowl. Pour 1/2 of the
batter into a greased tube pan.
Layer with 1/2 of the
apples.
Sprinkle
with
sugar
and
cinnamon mixture. Use remaining batter
and repeat as above.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
