Hot Veggie Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 minced garlic cloves
    1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    14 oz. can green beans
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    2/3 c. cracked wheat (bulgar)
    15 oz. can vegetable stock or chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Add zucchini, mushrooms, kidney beans and green beans.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
