Crispy Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes (unpeeled)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Wash potatoes.
    Cut lengthwise into quarters.
    Melt oleo in oblong dish in oven.
    Roll potatoes in flour mixture.
    Place in buttered dish with skin side up.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0; turn once.
