Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage (any variety), sliced and halved
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green olives
    1 pkg. Spanish rice mix
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and peppers
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in oil.
    Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil while stirring well.
    Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove from stove and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
