Oatmeal Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 1/2 minutes (do not overcook).
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper and let cool.
