German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    1 (2 layer) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 (1 lb.) confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine pecans and coconut in a bowl; sprinkle in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan lined with waxed paper.
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions; spoon over pecan/coconut mixture.
    Combine cream cheese and oleo in a bowl; beat until smooth.
    Beat in confectioners sugar.
    Spoon over cake batter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 45 minutes; cut into squares.
    Invert squares onto serving plates.
    Makes 15 servings.
