Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
Add milk and mix well. Pat out 1/2-inch thick on floured board.
Cut into rounds.
Bake at 450\u00b0
for 18 to 20 minutes on greased baking sheet.
