Light Lemon Seed Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. vanilla extract
vegetable cooking spray
1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. skim milk
Preparation

Combine 1 1/4 cups sugar and 1/3 cup oil in large bowl, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating mixture well after each addition.
