Betty'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. (4 oz.) Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Stir into beef the onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
