Holiday Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
    1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. apricot brandy (optional)
    1 lb. red candied cherries
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9-inch tube pan.
    Mix together flour and baking soda; set aside.
    Combine eggs, mincemeat and milk.
    Stir in fruit and nuts.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until center springs back when touched and top is brown.
